A residential AC system has dozens of components that can fail, and the symptom a homeowner notices rarely points cleanly at the actual cause. Here’s the range of repairs we handle on Roswell calls:

Usually yes. R-22 was phased out in 2020 and the remaining supply is expensive and shrinking.
